Andrew has more than 20 years of experience designing and building embedded systems for real-world products. He’s worked on everything from low-power sensors to full electronics redesigns, with a focus on firmware, board bring-up, and solving problems that don’t have off-the-shelf answers.
He’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and known for taking projects from concept to working prototype quickly and efficiently. Andrew values clear communication and practical engineering approaches that make products reliable and easy to maintain.
Outside of work, he enjoys mentoring younger engineers and helping them grow in the field.

Miklos brings deep experience in embedded firmware, electronics design, and system architecture. He has a strong background developing complex sensor systems, wireless devices, and custom electronics for consumer and commercial products.
He’s calm under pressure, methodical in his work, and especially strong at debugging and reverse engineering. Miklos cares about building products that feel solid, polished, and production-ready.
He also has a passion for teaching and helping newer engineers gain confidence through hands-on experience.

Kyan is an aspiring mechatronics engineer with a growing skill set in embedded systems, 3D design, and 3D printing. He designs housings, test fixtures, and prototypes, and he’s a fast learner with a strong interest in embedded engineering.
He brings fresh perspective, curiosity, and energy to the team. Kyan plays a key role in prototyping, hands-on testing, and helping translate designs into physical components the team can use during development.
He’s also the first engineer to come through Nielson Zoltan’s mentorship-focused approach, which is something the company hopes to continue for future young engineers.
